Finished in 2024, Seaton House is lower ground floor bespoke infill extension under the existing decking area to the entry level. Built in to the cliff side looking over the beach this project was a joy to design and to visit on site during construction. Working closely with the contractor, the unique nature of the properties situation gave technical challenges to overcome through clever and detailed technical design aided through the use of three dimensional software to a beautifully aesthetic completion overlooking the sea in to the horizon.
